Blair Underwood and Catherine Keener in new Steven Soderbergh flick FULL FRONTAL,
and in one scene, Duchovny will be in a state of what the New York Post describes

his commitment to THE X-FILES (1993).
(EVOLUTION (2001)) David Duchovny improvised
the baring of the ass scene and Director Ivan Reitman decided to write it in
to the shot. Unfortunately the scene had to be re-done so many time that Duchovny
took a Polaroid picture of his rear end held it up to the camera when it was
required because it was too cold to pull his pants down over and over on cue.
For his X-FILES audition, David Duchovny showed
up in a tie with pink pigs all over it.
Personal quotes:
"Send me whatever you want, I'll wear it.
I'm an idiot - I should talk about Tiffany's. Let me give a plug to the Federal
Reserve. My favorite bill is the one hundred."

"Because you can't do anything without getting
caught." [why fame is like being Catholic] - US Magazine. Issue 249.
"Sometimes when I'm swimming, I think that
maybe someday I'll put my red Speedo up for auction. Or maybe I'll donate it
to the Smithsonian. They can stuff it with two plums and a gherkin and put it
on display."
David Duchovny
"Even with the show, people say, 'Why is
Scully in danger; why must Mulder save her?' It's ridiculous! Somebody has to
be in jeopardy and someone has to save them. Mulder has lost every fistfight
he's had on The X-Files. Scully has won almost every one
Gillian is 5-foot
2; I'm 6-foot. The odds are that I'd probably win more. However, because she's
a woman, Scully can't lose a fistfight. You become tyrannized by this notion
that women must not only be treated equally but they must never fail. It's crap
to me, and it makes for bad drama."
